Great price vs quality. And before we even got to order the guy behind the counter handed me and my wife a free falafel just to ease up our choice.

Good food . You get one free falafel

Portions are gigantic and they make it known from the get-go by offering you a little snack on your way in the door. The service was friendly and the food was tasty. Seemed like a great place to meet up with friends as many other patrons sat talking after they had finished their meal. Convenient location with good prices, to boot.

Service was good but the meet wasn’t that great. Shawarma didn’t taste anything like shawarma just tasted like shredded up kabab pieces...

Nice falafel and kabobs.

The customer service was good, and prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, I found the falafel dry, and the beef/lamb had a very strange texture. Just a bit too soggy. The vegetables and hummus were quite good. I'm just not sure this place would be a place I'd write home about.

Discovering this restaurant added flavour to my journey. This is THE place I absolutely recommend for eating savourous, tasty and clean food. Service is excellent, the owner is amasing and polite. The prices are very reasonable, space is remarkably clean, and the overall quality is VERY GOOD.

When I worked in the Financial district, I would make a stop at Falafel King at least once a week. Some of the best fast-healthy food you can find. True to their namesake, they have amazing falafel, one of my favorites in the Boston area. It's got a super crispy outer crust with a soft crumbly center. As an added bonus, they offer you a free falafel with a generous dollop of hummus while you're waiting in line to order.

Delicious, fresh , addicting , anything you imagine but better ! I recommend you getting the chicken plate it’s phenomenal best Middle Eastern food I’ve ever eaten, I just wish the seating was better and more comfortable it’s just a bit awkward would be better with Booths other than that I give it a 10 !

It's good to do day off

Value for money that’s what would I say. If you are a vegetarian you can get falafel wraps with veggies. We went twice to this place as it’s open till 10pm in night. It’s near to most of the tourist destinations like Boston Common etc.

New management? Used to be my go-to for lunch but they are now using much smaller containers, so the chicken kebab plate is not the meal it used to be. Now it's more like a small salad with a bit of chicken and hummous on the side. Also no more free falafel while you wait in line.

I am a regular customer here so this pertains to today alone. The guy who waited on me was just plain rude, clueless, and really not concerned with good customer service. Other than that, food is always good and generous portions.

Great food, and very Large portions. Moderately priced as well. Ordered the King Falafel with a Coke zero.As always great food, moderately priced.Prices are actually on par with Burger King, so with that being said great spot for a healthy option for eating over Fast food.There's definitely options for vegans and or vegetarians alike.One warning, even though french fries are on the menu, they're not an option.Also if you order the hummus, better be hungry cause there's a lot there.

I’ve been a customer for almost 3 years, after the pandemic i passed by to get falafel and i want to add one Kofta the guy who was there was very rude, unfriendly and want to charge me fora side of falafel extra. This is not acceptable. I m very diaappointed

We came in and asked if we could try the falafel before we bought it. The server was more than happy to give us a whole falafel and even gave us some hummus too. We definitely ordered the falafels to go. The falafels are crispy on the outside. The hummus is really smooth but not too strongly flavored. The hummus really added moisture to the falafel.

This is my go to place. i used to come here every single day when I worked in the area. Staff is super friendly and nice. A lot of food is given, i would eat half for lunch and save the other half for dinner. One of my absolute favorite restaurants in Boston

I went to Falafel King for the first time today and ordered the salad with beef and lamb. Had Orangina as a drink. The food was delicious and filling. I have a peanut and tree nut allergy and am lactose intolerant. The cashier assured me that my lunch would be safe. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be sure to stop by.

They make the best falafel on the planet! And everyone gets one free while you wait (briefly) for your food. They have the fastest line in Boston.

Same great taste! I used to frequent this place 10+ years ago when I used to work downtown and these guys were a hole in the wall place.The falafal they serve is exactly as I remembered from back then. Highly recommend it to anyone who may have a pinning for middle eastern fare.

You know they're good when they can take your order during lunch rush and make a couple modifications like extra pickles all without missing a beat. This place gets a long line around lunchtime, but it moves fast. Expect to pay about 8 bucks for a wrap or 10 for a shwarma salad.

Nice clean place. I stumbled upon here after visiting Dunkin’ Donuts across the street. The food is decent. The pita comes from a bag. Visiting Greece has ruined me and now I expect pita to be freshly made. The staff is super friendly which is why I gave an extra star. The falafels are great, especially with hummus so the restaurant name is fitting.

Fast food but better option than a burger. Tasty and good portions.

We were looking for something different besides Chinese and found this place in our meandering. The staff were exceptional. Almost immediately we were offered a fresh sampling falafel, which was pretty good. The grape leaves wrap were disappointing. The chickpeas was average flavor but the portions were very good. Having eaten homemade, we still would recommend this establishment. The staff really made us feel at home.
